Hi, I’m Louise Edwards.
I’m a Business Support Specialist based in the North East, helping small business owners focus on what they do best — by taking everything else off their plate. I’ve spent my career in operations, admin, and business development across a range of industries. From being the first hire at a startup to managing director of a national brand, I know what it takes to keep a business running and growing. I set up NE Support because I saw too many talented business owners drowning in admin, missing opportunities, and spending their evenings doing work that someone else could handle. That someone is me.
