The Person Behind NE Support
Hi, I’m Louise Edwards.
I am an AI specialist and business support specialist based in Durham, working with business owners across the North East and wherever else they happen to be. I take the operations, the marketing, the finance and the admin off an owner’s plate and run them properly, and I use AI to do it, which is why one person can cover what would normally need a whole team.
I have spent over twenty years in operations, admin and business development, from being the first hire at a startup to managing director of a national brand. I set up NE Support because I kept meeting talented business owners drowning in the running of the business, missing opportunities and spending their evenings on work someone else should be doing. That someone is me.
WHAT I ACTUALLY DO
You do not need someone to tick off tasks. You need someone who gets business, who can look at how yours runs and say “here is what is broken, here is how we fix it”, and then fix it. Right now that means keeping the books for a hospitality technology group, running lead generation for a signage manufacturer, the whole marketing function for a business psychologist, the back office of a serviced accommodation operator, and the launch of a photographer’s business. Different worlds, same job: be the person they can hand something to and stop thinking about it.
WHERE AI COMES IN
Every one of those engagements runs on systems I have built with AI: monthly KPI reports pulled from real data, weekly SEO audits, prospecting packs that go out in the client’s own name, content drafted in their voice, trackers and databases that stay current. I do not sell AI as a product. I use it so the mechanical work happens fast and my time goes where judgement is needed. I also help owners work out where AI would actually pay off in their own business, through the Business Systems and AI Audit, and build the small tools that give them their evenings back.
Nothing goes out in your name without you seeing it first. That rule does not bend.
