Start Here: The Audit
Every new engagement starts with the Business Systems and AI Audit: £1,200 fixed. I review how your business actually runs, covering operations, CRM, sales funnel, marketing and lead management, and where AI could genuinely save you time or win you work. You get a prioritised improvement roadmap in plain English that you could act on without me if you chose to. Go ahead with a build of £3,000 or more within 60 days and half the audit fee comes off the build.
Monthly Retainers
Maintain, £850 a month: one function kept running to a professional standard, with a monthly report and monthly check-in. Optimise, £1,500 a month: one or two functions run and actively improved, with a fortnightly check-in. Growth Partner, £2,500 a month: the whole back office and growth function in one place, with a weekly check-in and quarterly strategy review. Larger or more complex businesses are quoted individually.

ONE-OFF BUILDS
Fixed-price projects from £2,500 to £6,000, scoped by the audit and priced before we start: business operations systems, marketing and lead generation systems, AI and automation, and website and digital infrastructure. A build ends at handover, so it never becomes an open-ended cost.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Need one specific thing rather than a full function? Social media management, blog and content packs, LinkedIn prospecting, monthly KPI reporting and website care are each available individually, quoted to fit the scope. One off requests are quoted and agreed before anything starts, never billed by the hour.
