Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

These terms cover online courses, guides and Claude skills sold on nesupport.co.uk. They are sold by NE Business Support Ltd, trading as NE Support. 2. Who can buy

Our digital products are sold to customers in the UK only. If an order comes from outside the UK we may cancel it and refund you in full.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. You pay in full at checkout by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

4. What you get

Courses: access to the course pages through your account on our website, including any updates we make. Downloads: the files described on the product page, available to download straight after payment. Your access is for you and your own business. Please don’t share your login, copy or resell the content.

5. Your right to cancel

Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content you can access straight away, that right ends once you start. When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away and you agree that you lose your right to cancel once you open the course or start the download. We confirm this in your order email.

If you haven’t opened the course or downloaded the files, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Just email us.

6. If something is wrong

If the content is faulty, doesn’t match its description or won’t open, tell us and we will fix it or replace it. If we can’t, we will refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

7. Claude

Our courses and skills teach you to use Claude, which is made by a separate company. NE Support is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Claude’s features, plans and prices can change. You need your own Claude account and some lessons need Claude’s paid Pro plan, which you buy from Claude directly.

8. Keeping your information safe

Our courses tell you what not to put into AI tools. You are responsible for what you choose to share with Claude or any other app.

9. Our responsibility

We take care to make our courses accurate, but AI tools can make mistakes. Always check anything Claude produces before you rely on it or send it. We are not responsible for losses caused by content you produce with Claude. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

10. Your information

We use your details to process your order and give you access. See our Privacy Notice.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The terms in place when you bought apply to your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
