Who am I?

I am Louise Edwards and I run NE Support in the North East of England, working with small businesses across the UK. I help with admin, systems and marketing and I use Claude every single day. I run my whole business with a master file, a voice guide and a brand kit, and this course shows you how to set up yours.

Do I need to do Part 1 first?It helps, but it is not essential. If you have a Claude account and a project for your business, you can start here.

How long does it take?About ten minutes a lesson. Do one a day or all of them in an afternoon.

Is it safe to connect my apps?Lesson 4 shows you how to keep control of what Claude can see, and every lesson tells you what to keep out.
