Which Claude plan do I need?
Lessons 1 to 6 work on Claude’s free plan. Lessons 7 and 8 need Claude’s Pro plan, which you pay Claude for separately. You can do the first six and decide later.

Who am I?

I am Louise Edwards and I run NE Support in the North East of England. I help small businesses with their admin, systems and marketing and I use Claude every single day. I built this course for the business owners who keep telling me they would love to use AI but don’t know where to begin.

Do I need to be good with computers?No. If you can send an email, you can do this.

How long does it take?About ten minutes a lesson. Do one a day or all of them in an afternoon.

Is it safe to put my business information in?Lesson 1 shows you the privacy setting and every lesson tells you what to keep out.
