You will never have to ask me what I have been doing
Most business support runs on trust and a monthly invoice. You hand the work over, it goes quiet, and four weeks later a bill arrives with a summary written to justify it.
That is not how this works. Every client gets a login to their own portal, and everything I do for them is in it, as I do it.
Every job, in one place
Your board has a column for what I am working on now, a column for what is waiting on you, and a column for what is finished. Every job is a card with its own number. Open it and you see what it is, when it started, what stage it is at and how long it has taken.
Nothing is hidden and nothing is tidied up for your benefit. If a job has been sat still for a fortnight, you will see that too.
Nothing goes out in your name until you have said yes
Anything that would appear in public, or land in a customer's inbox, waits for you in the portal. You read it, you approve it or you send it back. That is the whole process and it takes about a minute.
A report about what changed, not what I did
At the end of every month you get a report. It covers what moved, what did not, and what I think it means. Where something has gone backwards it says so, with the number next to it.
Activity belongs inside a report, not at the top of one. What you are paying for is the judgement about what to do next.
FROM MY OWN REPORT, OCTOBER 2026
Where my business hours went
16.5 Building the portal
13 Claude courses and products
5.75 Running the business
4.25 Managing support
4 Client reports and agreements
4 Winning new clients
Those are my own hours for October 2026, taken straight from the portal timesheet. Your report shows your hours the same way, with your own numbers in place of mine.
Being straight about what it is not
It is not a project management tool for your whole business. It covers the work I do, not the work you do.
It is not live chat. If something is urgent you ring me.
It is not a timesheet you are billed against. Your fee is fixed. The hours are there so you can see where they went, not so you can be charged for them.
Have a look before you commit to anything
I will walk you through a real board on a call, with the client's details taken off it. Fifteen minutes and you will know whether this is the way you want to work.
